Banlaoch óg coin pendant
A smaller version of the Banlaoch coin pendant, combining timeless Irish symbolism with modern craftsmanship
Handcrafted from blackened sterling silver, it features delicate lunula moon shapes, a Celtic cross, and the word Banlaoch - meaning “female warrior” in Irish - in ancient Ogham script.
Coin jewellery has long been more than just a symbol of wealth. In ancient times, it was sometimes used ritually, or to bring luck or protect against evil. This pendant draws on that rich tradition, carrying both cultural and spiritual significance.
The coin is stamped using Louisa's own design, and is made from 100% recycled sterling silver. The pendant comes with a recycled 18-inch sterling silver chain, and the coin itself measures 10mm at its widest, with the total height (including the bail ring) reaching 15mm.
A perfect balance of heritage and contemporary design, the Banlaoch coin pendant is a unique addition to any jewellery collection.
