Shipping policy

Processing times:

Processing times vary, depending on the type of item you have ordered.
Made to order items will be ready to dispatch within 1 - 3 weeks, please allow this length of time at busy times of year.  If you need an item sooner, please contact me first as I will always try to help.
One of a kind items are processed within 2-3 working days of placing your order.  Items are not posted on weekends or holidays.


Postage costs and times:

All orders over £15 are posted first class or special delivery (UK), or tracked (worldwide) by Royal Mail.  Postage will be calculated for you at checkout depending upon your region. 
Once an item has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 1-2 days (UK), 5-7 (worldwide).

Please note that all delivery times are Royal Mail estimates and there may occasionally be delays - particularly at busy times of year and with international orders.
Once your order (over £15) has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dog Star Silver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Dog Star Silver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
