Scallop shell pendant

A beautiful Atlantic Ocean scallop shell, found whilst beach combing at Downhill Beach, was the inspiration for this simple pendant.
Created in silver clay using a mould of that very shell, Louisa fires it, oxidises it to enhance the beautiful textures and finally polishes it to bring out the shine of the silver.
It features all of the natural markings and organic imperfections found in nature, and comes with an 18 inch sterling silver chain, in a branded jewellery box.

Matching earrings are available, so it can also be purchased as a set. 

Please note that due to the nature of how this is made each pendant is slightly different and completely unique to its owner.
