Keum boo gold and silver circle pendant - one available

Keum boo is an ancient Korean technique that involves fusing gold to depleted silver. 

I used thick 24k gold leaf, cut into geometric shapes, and applied it to the silver using heat and pressure.

The sterling silver circle is domed outwards slightly, has a hammered texture and has been oxidised to give an antique effect beside the gold. 

The pendant hangs from an 18'" sterling silver chain.
